IAVM Chair to Visit the Philippines for IMI V

James Glover, founder and chair of IAVM, will visit the Philippines on August 15, 2024, for the 5th Inspirational Maths from India (IMI V). He will lead workshops across various locations, including Palawan, Laguna, and Pasay City. This event is a great opportunity to explore Vedic Mathematics with a global expert.

Filipino Winners in the Lilavati Poetry Contest

We are proud to announce that five Filipino students have excelled in the 2024 Lilavati Poetry Contest organized by the Institute for the Advancement of Vedic Mathematics (IAVM). Congratulations to Akil Zaccheo Sullera, Zaijan Erbonz Lapez, Christian Dave Jadocana, Amia Gerin Gerada, and Kirstel Picar for their outstanding achievements!

Simplifying Repeating Decimals to Fractions

Converting repeating decimals to fractions can be easier than you think! By using the repeating string of digits as the numerator and a string of 9s (equal in length to the repeating string) as the denominator, you can quickly find the fractional equivalent. 5th Philippine National Vedic Mathematics Olympiad on Sept. 28, 2024

The 5th Philippine National Vedic Mathematics Olympiad (PNVMO) will be held online on September 28, 2024. Open to participants of all ages, this event prepares Filipino Mathletes for the upcoming International Vedic Math Olympiad. Register through your local Area Facilitator or online today!
